i just had a look at your answer to my question as to how much time you put into yoga a week... thats a lot of hours! thats a massive commitment.obviously its good for one, but i can imagine there are loads of days when you just want to skip it!
Dorothy You're welcome.Jean Pierre It's a commitment -- but I sometimes fall out of it for a few days. Then I fall back in. Kind of like running on a treadmill at full speed.But I really prefer my life with yoga, even if that means I have less time for myself.
