I have a feeling this new job will involve lots of learning and lots of overtime. My boss had previously wanted to set aside a 2 weeks teething period for me, but Powers That Be demand things be done within the next 2 months. This means I will need to accelerate my training and induction so that I can be of greater help sooner.

That's a good start for a new year! All the best to you and may all will be well. Enjoy whatever you are doing and more goodness will come along. It may be a little busier at the beginning. But I think most important is that we are kept busy and feel useful.I am going to start my new job next Mon. It is a new year and hope all will be fine. It has been a painful 2010. hahaha. Good luck!
